keep on training as long as you are healthy... because injuries sucks... you'll have to wait for weeks or months without training!!!! just to heal.. and that's the ugliest thing.
i think a big number or moves from the same exercise should not be done if you started training at a late age...
but if you started young, bellow 15, ok
the best way for hard sports... is to do no more than 3 times a week, each day followed by 1 rest day.

My 16th First Ascent in 1 crag - The unexpected V4
i just noticed something, i saw what others see, the truth is that it looks 95% easier on video. Every single hand and feet move is actually hard on this climb. they always tell me i made climbs look easy
i worked it on Monday, October 17th for like 2 hours, i was so close to send but my skin was not used to rocks anymore after 4 months without it. so i got 2 skin injuries, and it was too painful to do it that day.
Yesterday, after 12 days, i decided to try to do it in the first try. playing it with the flash rules, and i sent it ! it felt so easy, like 2 grades lower. But who knows... that's the grade i suggest, and i didn't take into consideration the 2 days period... i think it's a soft V4, but i am not an expert in grades especially that i am the only one here bouldering for real on rocks... others do whatever they do, but i don't hear of them because of whatever reason they have.
some info about the boulder. THe right starting hold is painful to switch when i want to do the dyno, and the starting left hand just relies on friction, there's no positive hold, and the right foot just stands on the wall of a vertical hole inside the boulder. the first move, with the left hand, grabs the side of a wall, not a very good hold, it's just a slopper. and then it's somewhat hard to put feet up on the rock, and the dyno needs tension with the right hand. and the top is not so very easy to grab..all in all i say it's V4 until someone that has climbed more around that grade comes and repeat
here's the video with no voice (i am using Corel Videostudio 12 and now the sound is not being saved ! with the video, i have no idea why..), but it's ok, cause it's just 54 seconds

Some of the Best articles to improve your climbing
Here's a selection of the some of the best articles i have found on the net. i put them in a logical order from Beginner to more advanced. So Enjoy.
For those of you who prefer to be guided by a professional and not by self learning, if you live in Lebanon, i suggest you join Strength Factory Elite Climbing School . If you're abroad, search for a good coach or a strong climber to help you do it. Make sure he's really good at it, or some serious injuries might happen.
If you have good articles, i would be glad if you add them, in a comment, or send them to me, and i will put them in the list
